Cooling-off for Digital Access
Under Brazilian Consumer Defense Code rules applicable to distance contracts (CDC Art. 49), you may withdraw within 7 calendar days of purchase without stating a reason, provided digital content has not been fully consumed or explicitly unlocked with your consent beyond the withdrawal window. Where services began with your express request, partial charges may apply as permitted by law.
14-day Good-faith Window
Beyond statutory rights, Net Flowspot offers a 14-day good-faith refund window from payment confirmation if you have completed less than 20% of published modules and have not downloaded restricted lab bundles marked as non-refundable. Mentor time already consumed may reduce refundable amounts fairly.
Non-refundable Items
Third-party exam vouchers, hardware deposits, custom on-site engagements, and administrative fees clearly labeled at checkout are non-refundable once ordered on your behalf.
How to Request
Email hello@net-flowspot.one with enrollment ID, purchase date, and reason (optional). We respond within five business days with approval or follow-up questions.
Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds return to the original payment method when possible. Processing may take up to two billing cycles depending on card issuers. Pix or bank transfers follow banking timelines in Brazil.
Cancellations by Net Flowspot
If we cancel a cohort before start, you receive a full refund or transfer to another date. If a session ends early due to force majeure, we offer proportional credit toward a future offering.
Disputes and Consumer Channels
You may escalate to PROCON or courts in your jurisdiction as provided by Brazilian consumer law. We will cooperate in good faith with regulators and ADR channels when invited.
