Agreement
By accessing training materials, lab environments, or mentor sessions provided by Net Flowspot, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, do not register for paid offerings or use restricted assets.
Services Description
Net Flowspot delivers cohort-based and self-paced digital training focused on Linux administration skills. Deliverables include documented labs, mentor feedback within published windows, and access to shared practice environments unless stated otherwise per course.
Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details. You may not share credentials, resell access, or attempt to probe lab infrastructure beyond assigned exercises. We may suspend access for misuse or security risk.
Intellectual Property
Courseware, diagrams, checklists, and recordings remain owned by Net Flowspot unless a separate license is signed. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning during enrollment. Redistribution requires written permission.
Learner Responsibilities
You maintain backups of your own work, follow acceptable use policies on lab hosts, and avoid introducing malware or unauthorized scanning. You indemnify Net Flowspot against claims arising from violations of this section.
Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted under Brazilian law, Net Flowspot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from training participation, including business interruption or data loss on systems outside our control. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the specific enrollment at issue in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Consumer disputes may be submitted to courts where you reside if mandatory consumer rules so require; otherwise parties agree to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Rio Grande do Norte, without prejudice to administrative channels such as PROCON where applicable.
Changes and Termination
We may update these terms with notice via email or the training portal. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. We may terminate access for breach, non-payment, or discontinuation of a program, providing refunds only as described in the Money-Back Policy.
